Built in 1905, this two-storey commercial building is part of the National Historic District in Chinatown, municipally protected (M) but not officially evaluated as part of the City of Vancouver Heritage Register. A mural on the West facing side of the building depicts people and events in BC Chinese Canadian history from 1881 to 1996 called “Winds of Change”.
