Description
This house, built in 1908, is an excellent example of Edwardian architecture. Percy Nevile Smith was the first builder/owner.
Architectural details: This house has a sort of little pseudo-pediment above the front entrance. With a large top storey gable and double bay windows seemingly supporting it, this house presents a solid symmetrical façade above the porch. There is a suspended two storey bay window on the south side and interesting little leaded glass windows over most sides of the house.
