Grinnell Co. of Canada Bldg.

This warehouse building was likely built in 1911 or 1912 (the exact date cannot be determined). The building is valued for its historic association with the early development of the Yaletown area. Heritage features include its traditional brick facades and pilaster relief, wide window bays including brick corbelling at the top level, original concrete and steel spandrel lintels, and the heavy solid sawn timber structure.
