October 25, 1911 an R.H. McDonald purchased DL 526-302, block 45, Sub W, Lot 9&10 at a cost of $12, 500 to build 5 framed houses. 119 W 13th Ave was part of the five. The other addresses included 115, 119, 123, 127, and 131 W. 13th Avenue.
