Description

The house is of heritage value as a good example of English Arts and Crafts style. The house is the product of at least two major changes in its first three decades. Its large massing and roof shape, particularly when viewed from the lane elevation, has strong elements of the English Arts and Crafts style, with an overall wide hipped gable roof with projecting gable elements.

The house was demolished April 2014 and removed from the Heritage Register in 2018/19.
