Description

Typical of the larger homes of wealthier West End residents, this house was designed and originally occupied by architect Thomas Fee, a partner in the firm Parr and Fee who were responsible for many of the early hotels and commercial buildings on Granville Street.

Completed in 1904, it is a good example of Edwardian Builder style with Queen Anne influences, a house that exhibits unusual massing with a bell-cast roof and round corner turret.
