Pendrell Suites

Located on the eponymous street of Vancouver`s West End, this apartment building was built in 1910 and fashioned in the Georgian Revival style. Accordingly, the symmetric façade features multi-storied bow-windows encased in a precise brickwork along with a decorative cornice.

Formerly known as the Pendrell Apartments, this walk-up showcases a surprising Art Nouveau stained glass window that illuminates its central stairway. Designed by the architect Claude Percy Jones (born in Great-Britain), the residential ensemble boasts a cosmopolitan elegance.
