Description

The Seafield apartments located at 1436 Pendrell Street were constructed in 1931 by William M Dodd & Co. Architects for owners John Galloway & Sons. Similar to many buildings of the era, this building is constructed of heavy timber framing and clad in brick and stone, featuring an arched stone entrance, ornate stone cornice and a profiled roof parapet on the main façade.
