1556-1558 Comox St.

This Classic Box style house was built between 1901 – 1905. There is a city building permit for October 1901 for a $900 frame dwelling, however Heritage Register files state the house was built in 1905. The builder/architect may have been G.A. Barrett or J.S. Gard.

The city directory for 1905 lists the occupant as Frank G. Lewis, hardware. The house is sided in narrow clapboard and retains many original details.
