Description

1883 West 3rd Avenue was built in 1909 by Mr. Bristol. The building permit lists Rodger F. Tuson as the owner and architect. In 1910, Randolph Graves, a carpenter, is listed as the resident. Graves remained from 1910-1912. A variety of tenants resided in the house between 1912 and 1922. A Mrs. McLellan lived in the house from 1922-1937.
