Description

Built in 1911 by W. E. Fisher and designed by S. Clay, this frame dwelling house underwent extensive renovations by the homeowners with the help of VHF grants, including: exterior repairs, chimney repairs, front stairs repairs, and a roof replacement, and was repainted in 2009 to a historical colour scheme appropriate for its era.
