2042 Macdonald St

This 1915 Craftsman Bungalow was lived in by owner/Architect Omer E. Goetz, Chief Operator of the Western Union Telephone Company. It was built by builders Oliver & Wilson at a value of $2300. This house is one of the few bungalows in the area, on the register, as most of the Vancouver Craftsman houses were built by builders who would construct many similar houses on the block at one time.
