2050 W 5th Ave

Built in 1911 by McCartney & Thompson, 2050 W 5th Avenue first appears in city directories in 1912. The first listed resident of the house was John Dinsmore, who was in the home for only a year. The first longer-term resident of the house was Duncan J. Kennedy, a contractor who lived in the house from 1917 until 1935.
