Description

A permit was issued to owner/architect/builder William Lockie in 1911. 2104 and 2110 Macdonald were completed in 1912. William Lockie developed 11 houses on the block in 1911 with various different builders listed in subsequent addresses. This Vancouver Craftsman is similar to its neighbours but with diamond shaped upper windows. Like many of the houses in this neighbourhood, many tenants stayed only a short time. In 1913 Arthur O. Barrett is listed, 1915 John Lynch, foreman for the CPR (Canadian Pacific Railroad).
