Description

This 1913 cottage style home was built by H.C. Woodcock along with two others at 2306, 2308, and 2310 Stephens Street. It is occupied in that year by Zack F. Hickman of the Metropolitan Press. 2310 Stephens Street is the only other house on the 2300 block of Stephens Street on the heritage register.
