2328 Balaclava St

2328 Balaclava Street was built at the same time as 2310, 2316, 2322, 2334, 2340, and 2346 Balaclava Street in 1912-1913 by Vancouver Homebuilder Ltd. 2328 Balaclava Street first appears in city directories in 1913. The first listed resident was Arthur Cosens, a travller for Leeson Dickie Gross & Co., who lived in the house from 1914 until 1920. It is an example of the Vancouver Craftsman style.

Later residents included an accountant, a captain of the #12 Fire Hall, and a buyer for BC Drugs.
