Description

Based on city permits from 1911 the owner, architect, and builder was T.G. Bagley. It was a Frame D house with wood posts valued at $235. A second permit was obtained in 1912 for a two storey frame residence valued at $6000. And a third permit in 1913 indicates a dwelling house valued at $160.
