Description

2475 West 3rd Avenue was built in 1911 By Walter J. Harrington of 2020 Dunbar. The house is first listed on the directory in 1912 as being vacant.

From 1926 to 1930, the house was occupied by Doctor Thomas Proctor Hall, a renowned Canadian physician who wrote mathematics, chemistry, physics, theology, and science fiction. Hall came to Vancouver in 1905. Hall died in 1931.
