2557 West 3rd avenue does not appear to have a building permit

The 1912 Henderson’s Greater Vancouver Directory lists 2555 and 2557 West 3rd Avenue as three separate residences, with 2555 being the home of W.E. Morrison of Cluff and Morrison, and 2557 being the home of Mrs. Mary Smith.
