Description

Built in 1907 this house is an excellent example of the Edwardian Builder style clad in brick and wood shingle siding with decorative scalloped shingles in the upper gable ends. This house is one of the few remaining examples from the early development of Fairview Heights.

In 1996, the house was relocated to the corner of the site and converted to multiple dwelling units. A new wing, on the lane, and a gatehouse to the east of the heritage house were also completed. The project was developed by Pacific Western Realty group Ltd. and designed by Eng and Wright Architects.
