In March 1913, a permit was issued to owner/architect/builder Waghorn, Gwynn & Co. for four two-storey dwelling houses value $12 000 - 2616, 2622, 2628, and 2634 W 5th Avenue. This house shows it was vacant in 1914, then occupied by a Charles F. Redington in 1916.
