Built in 1910, this Early Vernacular style home has a cast stone facade, wood trim, and concrete frame. Most other surrounding residential dwellings units are typically built with a wood frame, wood and/or stucco facade. This two storey residence was once a single family home but is now a multi residential dwelling. The minimal wood detailing of the extended verandah and bay window remain intact and the corner stones were cast in a foliated pattern.
