Description

Along with 2632 and 2640 Point Grey Road, 2648 Point Grey Road was built in 1910 by Vernon Bros., Ltd. In 2012, repairs to the sleeping porch, the balcony and soffits, the roof, and repainting of the house aided in restoring this B-designated heritage house and maintaining its heritage character.
