1984 evaluation by the City records show a 1912 “classic box, plain version of style intact except for lower front verandah wall. One row of decorative shingles above porch and the front window has elaborate leaded glass”. Permits show repairs were done in 1919. The first owner, architect, builder was Robert Hemphill, value at $50 and remarks says “repairs” and “moving building”. We’d love to find out more….
