Description

Thomas and Dorien Ingledew lived here. Thomas was the Chief Engineer at British Columbia Electric Railway (BCER) which operated streetcar and interurban rail cars between 1897 and 1958. The original home at this address was built in approximately 1927 for $16,000 for R. Leary. The architect was Bernard Cuddon Palmer who designed many of the prominent homes in Vancouver during that era.
