2733 Franklin St

This bungalow with unusual half-timbering is believed to have been constructed around 1913/1914, and similar in style to 2727 Franklin St. With a wood facade, wood trim, wood frame structure and minor alterations it is a unique bungalow with an enclosed porch.

Architectural features include shingles, overhanging eaves, a projecting porch gable with half timbering on stucco in a pattern which combines verticals with branching curved pieces, and bay window on the side.

According to heritage permits, the owner/architect/builder was Hogg Bors. and the value was $2700.
