Built in 1913 by T.J. Whiteside and designed by Jones and Aspell, this Craftsman style home is currently listed on the Vancouver Heritage Register as a B-listing.

Mayor Baxter’s Residence is the original home of T.S. Baxter, mayor of the City of Vancouver from 1913-1915. Situated directly across from Vancouver City Hall at the corner of 12th and Yukon Street, the building is a focal point for the Mount Pleasant residential neighbourhood.
