Description

In 1911 a permit was issued to owner WH Morley and builder/architect TC Micklethwaite for three frame dwelling houses at a value of $7800. The addresses were at 2741, 2747 and 2753 W 6th Avenue. A Ralph Stevens is listed in the City Directories in the early 1910s, for 8 years, and he worked various jobs in the city, one being a bartender in hotels.
