Description

Along with 2741 and 2749 West 3rd Avenue, 2745 West 3rd Avenue was build in 1911-1912 by Bentley & Wear. The house first appears in directories in 1913, with the first resident listed as Bertrand Elliot,, a manger at Remington Typerwriter Co., who stayed in the house until 1915. Samuel C. Noble of Noble and & Son, resided in the home from 1918-1935.
