This 1923 Craftman Bungalow is attributed to builders Dargavel & Kilgour from 1922-23. The house at 2765 W 8th has a heritage plaque with this statement. Records show that in 1923 a Gould H Young lived at 2745 W 8th Avenue and he was a conductor with the BCER, British Columbia Electric Railway.
