28-30 W 10th Ave

Built in 1908, this Edwardian was designed, owned and constructed by Tobias Collins who worked in real estate and was active in developing the neighbourhood. It maintains a similar facade and yard structure as the cluster of heritage homes alongside the South end of the street along West 10th Avenue. Much the same as its neighbourhood counterparts, it was most likely built in 1910. The facade of the house has been restuccoed, but otherwise remains intact.
