A permit was issued September 25, 1911 to owner/builder/architect W. Priest for a frame dwellling house valued at $2,200. It was constructed in 1912 and lists Andrew Mitchell, foreman of Barr & Anderson, as occupant. Then in 1915 an Alexander Maclean is listed in the City Directories.
