Permit 2445 issued 22. May 1912 to owner W. G. Rodgers, architect, builder Hawes & Wyles for two dwelling houses: two 1 ½ storey frames residences (nr. 2866, 2876) The first resident is listed in 1913 as Alex T. Morrison, manager BC Stevens Co. Ltd. Our volunteer photographer snapped a photo of the current occupants who happily posed for us. Thanks!
