2868 W 3rd Ave

Built in 1912-1913, 2868 West 3rd Avenue first appears in city directories in 1913 with Frank Fearn listed at the resident. Frank, who worked at Clark Hennessy & Co. lived at the house until 1921.

After Fearn, Walter Carstens began living in the house. Walter lived in the house from 1922 until 1924, and then again from 1928-1937. Other residents included a treasurer, a manufacturing agent, a welder, and a soldier.
