Description

Built in 1912 by Hawes & Wyles for W.G. Rodgers, this house was built at the same time as 2866 W 5th Avenue. The house remained vacant until 1914, when Reverend Isaac W. Williamson lived there.

This Kitsilano Craftsman with a roof over the porch, a stained glass transom on first storey, tiny balcony as decoration on second storey; gable covered with fishscale shingles in flowery / petal pattern.
