2912-2914 W 3rd Ave

The original building permit lists the address as 2910-2914 [2912] West 3rd Avenue. Built in 1911 by R.B. Brown, this two-and-a-half storey house first appears in directories in 1913 under 2914 West 3rd Avenue, and was first occupied in 1914 by Bruce R. Brown, who remained at the house until 1919.
