Description

This Craftsman Bungalow first appears in city directories in 1920. The first resident (1921) is listed as Frank O. Heales, an advertising manager of Gordon Drysdale Ltd (garments, millinery, dry goods, furnishing, at 575 Granville Street). This house suffered significant damage by fire in March 2014 but been rebuilt in 2017/18.
