Description

Built in 1931, 3008 W 36th Ave is an English Storybook-style home. It features a high gable roof, asymmetrical form, and instead of the typical storybook stucco, a vinyl siding facade. The first resident, Peter Lamont, worked as an insurance agent at Mutual Life and lived here until 1941.
