This Craftsman style bungalow built in 1921 is part of an intact residential streetscape of wooden houses which share a similar form, massing and design.

The house features stone column bases, shingle cladding, dentil coursing and decorative brackets – qualities which are characteristic of this type of house constructed in Kitsilano during the early 1900s.

A partial third storey addition and a rear two storey addition were built in 1994 according to designs by Rolf Lang and owners Ursula and Eugen Neubert when the house was converted from a single family dwelling to a three unit dwelling.
