Likely built between 1927-1928, 3192 E 5th Avenue is first listed on city directories in 1928, with Lyle Champlin, a carpenter, listed as the resident. Lyle remained at the house until 1934. Later residents of the house included a barber, a longshoreman, labourers, a mattress maker, and an engineer.
