Description
Built in 1912 by Arch McLellan, 3216 West 2nd Avenue first appears in city directories in 1913, with the first resident listed as Cornelius J. Creedon. Creedon, of Brake Creedon Co Ltd. lived at the house until 1915. The house, a front-gabled two-storey Craftsman style, saw several short temr occupant, with the first long-term resident being William McAdams. McAdams lived in the house from 1919 until 1930 and was an employee at Imperial Oil. Other residents included a construction company president, labourers, and a manufacturing agent.
