Description

The Condie residence was built in 1912 by James Bruce Arthur for its first owner, Robert Condie, during the building boom in Vancouver prior to the First World War. It is a good representation of an Edwardian-era Arts and Crafts residence built in the Mount Pleasant neighbourhood and currently forms part of a streetscape of similar houses.
