This 1910 bungaloid* house was owned by Adolphus Grant McGregor, Manager of the Canadian Pipe Company. It’s an example of one of the larger homes that was built in the area at this time. It has a shingled large front porch as well as a dormer porch on the 2nd floor with unique quarter round edging. The stone retaining wall is also a heritage feature of this property. *A bungaloid is taller than a bungalow but shares many design features.
