Description

Built in 1919 by F.S. Davis, 3421 West 3rd Avenue first appears in city directories in 1920, with James A. Boden listed as the resident. Boden, a clerk and later manager for McLennan McFeely (a hardware store) stayed at the house until at least 1955.
