3690 Selkirk St

This classical Palladian Revival style house features pediments, Corinthian columns, pilasters, a Juliet balcony and references to Villa Rotunda. An exterior of stone and shingle, it was constructed around 1914.

It was used at one point as a care facility but is currently on the market as a single family home, and in 2015 was one of the top 10 most expensive homes for sale in Vancouver at a just under $19 million dollar asking price.
