Description

This two- storey Edwardian single family residence is one of three clustered classic boxed buildings – 436, 444 (later renumbered to 438), and 446 Union Street. Built in 1905, 436 Union Street is the first house built among the three clustered buildings. The architectural characteristics are well preserved showcasing the building façade cladded in narrow clapboard with its original door and windows.
