Description
This gabled vernacular house was built in 1910 and was first listed in 1912. The first identifiable owner was Mr. Neeland who lived there in 1913. There were two long term owners. Alexander, W R, a carpenter, and his wife Agnes who resided from 1923-1938. Jackson W, a porter for Spencers, and his wife Violet lived there from 1940 – 1948.
Building Description: Gabled Vernacular – with two side dormer windows, leaded glass windows, covered platform full width porch with left side, the entire house is shingle cladding.
