Description
445 West 13th Avenue was built in 1910-1911 for G. W. Munro, likely the same owner of 455 West 13th Avenue next door. Designed by Campbell & Dawson and built by R. M. Coubrey, 445 West 13th Avenue cost $6,500 to build.
The first residents were John M. and Ellen Reid.
A typical 2-and-one-half storey Colonial Revival house, it features a hipped roof and single centered dormer, a full width porch with classical columns, a narrow lap siding, a front door with sidelights, and little ornamentations.
