Description

Built in 1926 by school board architects Townley and Matheson. There are two separate entries for girls and for boys, but the formal entry on west side ended up being unused. The school is notable for its Moderne style and urban context. Quilchena school is listed as a future priority on the BC government’s seismic mitigation program.
