This two storey wood frame house was built in 1900. The house first appears in city directories in 1902, with George Larzberry (Lasbury) – a bartender, mill hand, and finisher – listed as the resident. 753 Keefer Street lists John Mason, a realtor, as the resident. George remained at 751 Keefer Street until 1910. John Mason remained at 753 Keefer Street until 1911.
